Intrinsically every cities have own different characteristic of urban landscape form, influenced by social strength, political, culture, and economics background.  In this time the mass migration with about 20 million people make a move to city every year, biggest human being transmigration in history. Starting from the fact, so the development country and advance have taught to world about growth urban. City become growth urban site, but all outsider have no good housing facilities elementary. Various 'shack-building' appear effect global phenomenon or urbanization becoming in consequence of 'The Urbanizing World' what we realize or not need good urban design. Density appearance from some big cities in this time, but in development country this represent fact from everyday life. Government of city provide public housing for poor citizen, by using loan of bank, so thousands of building of concrete start to emerge. Even though, this building in fact tend to formed by costly import material rather than housing of local style with low expense. Distinction of construction cost really higher than estimation initially, and a few housing development executed agree from plan. What solution of problem housing for development countries? Shack represent challenge for stake holder, but shack itself is helper solution for housing which can profit city stake holder. That resident also resource which can be exploited, and from itself housing, can provide choice of housing with low expense.
